14-Day Return Window You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your jewelry for a full refund or store credit.

Return Requirements To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and in original condition
• In original packaging
• Free from scratches, tarnish, or signs of wear

How to Return

1. Contact us at support@thechainvault.com with your order number
2. We'll provide a prepaid return label within 24 hours
3. Pack your item securely in the original packaging
4. Drop off at any USPS location

Refunds & Exchanges Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Original payment method will be credited. Exchanges: We'll ship your exchange item as soon as we receive your return.

Quality Guarantee All our jewelry is crafted with premium materials including 14K and 18K gold plating with e-coating for lasting durability. If you receive a defective item, we'll replace it immediately at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once worn. However, defective earrings are always eligible for replacement.
